“Before going with Staffcare we looked long and hard at a number of different suppliers in the market place and I went with Staffcare because the system seemed more intuitive and user friendly than most. As a US owned multi national we had some stringent security and system protocols that needed to be adhered to and we worked with StaffCare to make sure that they were in place.

We will be opening our fourth renewal enrolment period on Monday and this year has been the smoothest to date. I put this down to my own staff having gained project knowledge and system expertise but in the main to Staffcare developing a clear understanding of what we are wanting to achieve and our methods of working. We have had an outstanding team working on our project this year. Danny Pryce has been first class and worked very closely with our Data Specialist here to produce as stress free a renewal as possible.

The project methodology has improved over the years and the project plan, objectives and timelines have been adhered to. My advice is always to leave some contingency time – and it is always needed. Not so much because of the system but slight changes in benefits and rates at the last minute. We have also developed benefit templates which I am happy to share with you – that the team here signs off prior to sending through to Staffcare and I prefer these to the information gather that Staffcare do – but then that’s just my own quirk really in so far as I like to see the whole benefit detail in one place. This makes sure that Staffcare have a clear instruction and no surprises.

This has been a big project for us over the last three years and our gross savings are about £600K per year with costs coming down year on year.”
