2004 - Staffcare spins out of Screen Pages.

2005 - Investment secured from private equity firm Herald Ventures.

2006 - Licensing agreement secured with Aon Consulting.

2007 - Licensing agreement secured with KPMG. 

2008 - Licensing agreement with Enrich Reward (formerly known as Gissings).

2009 - Licensing agreement secured with Mercer.
