Executive Team

	Philip Hollingdale; Founder & CEO Phil has been providing technology solutions for financial services since 1989 when he launched Finale, a back office administration system for Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). He was one of the founding directors of AssureSoft (developers of the AssureWeb portal). When that business was acquired in 1997, Phil started Screen Pages the market leading supplier of e-commerce solutions and developers of many award winning IFA websites. As one of the early adopters of the internet, and with over 30 years experience in sales and marketing of technology solutions, Phil is a regular speaker at industry events. Phil’s business, marketing and online experience is used when helping Staffcare's partners develop their own "go to market" proposition.
	David Lewis; Director David has 42 years commercial experience in the IT industry. His financial IT track record started with Sherwood Computer Services, but he is best known for developing PenCalc (pensions illustration software) and AssureWeb (IFA portal). David was involved from the outset with the development of the Staffcare software and remains closely involved with product development.
	Richard Guy; F.C.A. Chairman Richard has a strong track record of growing IT and Financial Services companies. In 1977 joined Sherwood (quoted computer services company) and ran the Insurance companies division before acquiring and running the business of Beaufort (Life Assurance systems). Appointed Group Chief Executive of Sherwood in 1988 returning it to profitable growth after re-financing, rationalisation and service quality transformation. Appointed Chairman of Sherwood in 1992. Most recently formed AssureSoft with Phil Hollingdale and David Lewis. Richard joined Staffcare as executive chairman in 2005.
	Graham Jarvis; Managing Director Graham joined Staffcare in May 2009 from Hewitt where he was UK Head of Flex & Benefits Administration.  He qualified as an Actuary at Friends Provident and has been involved in the flexible benefits sector since 2003 when he helped Buck Consultants develop its flex proposition.  He moved to Hewitt in 2006 where he was personally involved in some of the largest flex implementations in the UK.
	Adam Maher; Business Development Director Adam joined Staffcare in 2009 and has been in financial services since 1992 with the last nine years involved with online reward incentive solutions.  Previously he has worked as Director of Loyalty at Maximiles Group and Head of Commercial and Corporate Development at You at Work who he joined when the business was created as part the Royal & Sun Alliance Group.
	John Booth; Non-executive Director John is an experienced investor in growing businesses and is a consultant to Herald Ventures who hold equity in Staffcare.  He is chairman of two Aim listed and two private companies and recently sold his own company, Link Brokers, to Icap.
