case studies for participants. Participants practice configuring client
websites in a simulated fashion. |

| Overview: |
This course provides the participant with the knowledge and skills necessary to configure a Staffcare Corporate site. Particular emphasis is placed on utilizing the Staffcare Toolkit to build benefits. Participants also learn how to use various configuration settings to create and brand a site to client specifications. This course also provides the participant the opportunity to practice the skills taught through hands-on exercises and case studies. |

Admin and Security |
Demonstrates how to configure password and login settings. Creating workflows and system emails is shown. Explains Security Domains and corresponding Security Rules. |

Branding |
Explains how you can modify your client sites to reflect client branding. Identifies the various style sheets and graphic images controlling the look of all pages in the Staffcare site. Demonstrating each page in a Staffcare site and walking through steps to brand the page. Branding Guidelines presented. |

Content Management System |
Describes Staffcare's Content Management System and how it is used to manage large amounts of content on your site. Walks through the steps needed to add specific benefit content, hyper-links to documents and links to outside websites on your clients' sites. Using the CMS as access to your site files is also discussed. |

Introduction to the Toolkit |
This module explains the various elements of the Staffcare Toolkit. Explains the infrastructure to a Staffcare site along with the various mechanisms you use to develop a site. |

Custom Components |
Demonstrates how to allocate benefits to employees when you place them on the sytem. Discusses the Custom Component toolkit rules necessary for benefit allocation. Walks through the configuration on the site that needs to be complete. Shows you how to change the default values for benefits per initial benefit enrolment value. |

Flex Benefit Setup |
This module looks at the site files that need to be configured when building a flexible benefit site. Explanation of the XSLT, XSL, XML and page files is given in detail following a practical example of configuring a flex site for a client. |

Flex Scheme Setup |
This module demonstrates how to set up a Flexible benefit Scheme in your Staffcare site. How to configure Scheme parameters, Benefit parameters and Product parameters for your site are demonstrated. Also discussed how Flex Scheme setup on the site relates to toolkit rules. |

Parameters |
Presents the principles of using parameters in configuring flexible benefits. Demonstrates how parameters interact with toolkit attribute and rules, flex scheme setup and XSLT files used to create flexible benefits in Staffcare. |
|
Payroll Setup and Payroll Report |
Explains how to set up payroll periods and payroll types in your site. Demonstrates the processes necessary to calculate Benefit Charges that display on the Payroll report. Discusses the Payroll report file and how to modify the report to reflect your clients' benefits. |

Reporting |
The basics of how to create reports within Staffcare is presented. Upload/Downloads and Import/Exports are defined and the steps that are key to developing client reports are shown. |

Site-based Configuration |
Describes how to configure the employee view of a Staffcare site along with the Administrative view of the site. Walks through step-by-step the configuration methods used to control/build menus throughout the site. Also reviews basic configuration settings when beginning a new build. |
