Staffcare has been developed as a technology platform that can be branded and customised for our Business Partners and each of their corporate clients.


Staffcare's target market is "Corporate Britain" and our strategy is to go to market through a select network of Business Partners. We have three types of partnership agreement:


  • Introducers - for IFAs and HR Consultants who occasionally require to work with a technology partner.
  • Resellers – for corporate IFAs who want competitive advantage with their own branded and customised benefits solution but want to be "hands-off" with technology delivery.
  • Licensees – for Benefit Consultants, Product Providers and System Integrators who require a technology platform for delivering and managing their "own labelled" HR & benefits portal and will prime contract with their clients for delivery and support.

We recognise that our Business Partners have different requirements and have tailored our partnership programme accordingly. As well as technology, we can provide our Business Partners with extensive sales and marketing support to help them develop their employee benefits business.
