Hewitt’s Head of Flex joins Staffcare

Staffcare, the employee benefits software company, has recruited Graham Jarvis as Managing Director.  Jarvis, who until recently was Head of Flex and Benefits Administration at Hewitt, takes up the position immediately and assumes full day-to-day management of the business, working alongside its Founder & CEO, Phil Hollingdale, who will concentrate on business development.

Jarvis, who qualified as an Actuary at Friends Provident, has been involved in the flexible benefits sector since 2003 when he helped Buck Consultants develop their flex proposition. He moved to Hewitt in 2006 and has personally been involved in some of the largest flex implementations in the UK during the last few years.

Hollingdale says “Graham’s appointment strengthens our executive team and comes at an important time following the recent announcement of our software licensing deal with Mercer.  I liked what Graham had achieved at Hewitt and I am delighted that he has joined Staffcare to help us through our next phase of growth.  We are licensing our software to many of the UK’s leading Benefit Consultants and have a number of exciting opportunities in the UK and overseas.  Graham has tremendous experience, energy and enthusiasm.  Importantly he shares my vision for the enormous potential for our technology and the growth potential for online reward communication and flexible benefits”.
