Project Manager - Flexible Benefits

The position

Working as part of our project management team, we are looking to recruit an experienced flexible benefits project manager who will work with our Partners to deliver customised benefits communication and administration systems to their corporate clients.  Post sale, you will be the main point of contact with our Partners and their clients and will be responsible for new installations and flexible benefit renewals.  Your role will include scoping requirements, agreeing project plans, liaising with our internal software engineers who configure client sites, managing user acceptance testing, handover and delivery. 

Your profile

You will be an experienced project manager, with at least 3 years track record delivery employee benefits and / or software projects. You will have an eye for detail, be very well presented, confident when presenting to groups of people or on a one-to-one basis, and will be able to manage projects with a firm hand yet deliver at a level to delight our Partners and their clients.  Ideally you will be currently working for an Employee Benefit Consultant or a Technology Provider, will be able to demonstrate good career development, and will be looking for a more challenging and rewarding opportunity in a young dynamic business.

Product Engineers

We are always looking for more product engineers to supplement our team.

The role will be varied and demanding, dealing with all aspects of developing, installing and supporting our Staffcare product. The role will be mainly office based, but it is possible that you will be involved in onsite customer facing support.

You will be a numerate graduate with experience of MS Excel, HTML, XML and XSLT, and a desire to join a small but growing company in the employee benefits and worksite marketing arena. Any experience of ASP, .NET and MS SQL Server would be a distinct advantage. You will be able to demonstrate a desire to learn and grow with the company.

Software Developers

We need a software developer to support our Staffcare product architect. You will need to demonstrate experience in the design, development, testing and maintenance of web applications. You will have unparalleled appreciation of structured systems design, programming and component-based development techniques in Microsoft technologies. Your technical skills must include ASP, XML/XSLT, SQL/Server, DHMTL/JavaScript, VB, and you will be familiar with .NET.

Telemarketing Executives / Graduate Sales

We are recruiting experienced telesales executives and graduate trainee sales executives.

This role will suit energetic and ambitions people who can work on their own initiative as well as being part of a sales team.  For the right candidates there will be scope to progress through the business and become a Team Leader or move into a sales account management role.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for promoting our software and services to HR and Finance professionals. It will be your role to contact new potential clients, find the decision makers and interest them in our offering.

You must have some previous telemarketing experience, ideally from within an IT or Financial Services company, or be a graduate who is keen to start a career in sales.  You will be someone who has high energy, a confident personality and are able to communicate with a range of business contacts.
