We have a product range which is affordable for small businesses and scalable for the very largest. Our software is modular so that you can choose the applications you require today and extend functionality as your requirements dictate. We are the technology of choice for many of the UK's leading Benefit Consultants who have all spent considerable time on extensive technical and business due diligence before recommending or delivering our software to their clients.

Our Experience …

… Staffcare Limited was established in 2004 to focus on providing employee benefits communication software. The Company is well established with proven and accepted technologies; an expanding customer base which provides recurring revenues; and an experienced management team with a successful track record in developing market leading technology solutions for financial services. As a team, we've developed hundreds of mission critical internet applications, including many award winning IFA websites and consumer facing e-commerce sites. We've been developing financial services software since the 80's. Three of the Staffcare directors were the original founders of IFA portal Assureweb.

Our Business Model …

… is to focus on providing world class software, rather than consultancy or the supply of financial products. We provide our software directly to clients who prefer an in-house benefits administration system and we license our software to Benefit Consultants who provide clients with an end-to-end solution including consultancy, technology and administration. We also license our software to Product Providers seeking an added-value tool for benefit communication to enhance their corporate wrap proposition and also to get ready for auto-enrolment.

Our Client Base …

… Over 200 UK companies use Staffcare technology for reward communication and benefits administration, together with our HR self-service tools. These organisations from Public and Private sectors range in size from fifty to several thousand employees. Clients using Staffcare won the awards for most effective application of tax-efficient benefits and most effective use of a flexible benefits plan at the 2009 Employee Benefits Awards. A number of well-known companies have chosen Staffcare for their employee benefits including Siemens, Hogg Robinson Group, Moneysupermarket.com, The NEC Group and Toshiba. Benefit Consultants and Product Providers who license our technology include Aon Consulting, Aviva, AWD, Charles Stanley, Enrich, KPMG, Lorica, Mercer and Towergate.

… At Staffcare we employ over 40 people, many of whom have worked at leading Benefit Consultancies. Our team also has extensive experience building and developing market leading software and implementing flexible benefit schemes. We hire our people for their intelligence, professionalism, creativity, personality and attitude. They are at the heart of our business and we look after them to ensure they are happy, challenged, motivated and rewarded.
